Active Denmark Organisation (ADO) is the industry association for fitness centers in Denmark. Our most important task is to ensure the best possible conditions for commercial fitness centers throughout the country – large and small.

Political influence and advice
We look after our members' political, negotiation, and financial interests, and on behalf of the fitness industry, we work to build strong relationships with important partners.
Collaboration with Anti-Doping Denmark
DFHO has entered into an agreement with Anti Doping Danmark (Anti-Doping Denmark), which entails that unannounced doping controls can be carried out in all DFHO member centers. As part of the agreement, Anti Doping Danmark's fitness consultants will be visible in the fitness environment and provide advice and sparring regarding preventive anti-doping work. The consultants can, among other things, help you if there is suspicion of doping abuse among members, instructors, or guests in your center.
Membership in
Dansk Erhverv (Danish Chamber of Commerce)
As part of your DFHO membership, you also receive a basic membership with Dansk Erhverv (Danish Chamber of Commerce). This means you gain access to Dansk Erhverv's legal hotline, which provides advice on employment law issues, phone 33 74 64 00. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to participate in conferences and training activities, and you will get access to significant discounts on things like telephony, petrol, debt collection, etc.
