*The membership period is 12 months and is automatically renewed. According to ADO's articles of association §5, resignation from ADO must be submitted in writing with a notice period of the current month plus 6 months. Upon joining ADO, you simultaneously become a member of Dansk Erhverv. Resignation from Dansk Erhverv automatically follows resignation from ADO.

Active Denmark Organisaiton (ADO) is the industry association for fitness centers in Denmark. Our primary task is to ensure the best possible conditions for commercial fitness centers across the country – both large and small.

Political advocacy and advice
We represent our members' political, negotiating, and economic interests, and on behalf of the fitness industry, we strive to build strong relationships with key partners.
Collaboration with Anti Doping Danmark
DFHO has entered into an agreement with Anti Doping Danmark, allowing unannounced doping controls to be conducted in all DFHO member centers. As part of this agreement, Anti Doping Danmark's fitness consultants will be visible within the fitness community, offering advice and guidance on preventive anti-doping efforts. The consultants can, for example, assist you if there is suspicion of doping abuse among members, instructors, or guests at your center.
Membership in 
Dansk Erhverv
As part of your DFHO membership, you also receive a basic membership with Dansk Erhverv. This grants you access to Dansk Erhverv's legal hotline, which provides advice on employment law matters (phone 33 74 64 00). Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to participate in conferences and training activities, and you will gain access to significant discounts on services such as telephony, petrol, debt collection, and more.
